What does Scout Health do? Scout Health is a full service talent acquisition firm including career coaching. We offer services in most industries, but specialize in IT, Digital Marketing and Pharma Advertising (HCP & DTC), Medical Communications (Promotional MedEd, CME, Medical Affairs, Managed Markets), and Healthcare PR.
We go old school. Screw the algorithms and ATS systems, we bring it back to phone calls and relationships because that's how we roll. Our sweet spot is connecting agencies with the right personality AND experience, not just someone who looks good on paper.
Online Job Boards are becoming useless! Candidates want more than just a job description and we understand that from every level. Reputation, word of mouth, and the vibe they feel when they go to interview far exceeds the name on the door anymore. With social media at an all time high, it's crucial to engage candidates, build connections, network, and create trust, which is the foundation of Scout Health. Transparency is key and why we have such a great reputation with our clients and candidates. Being honest up front also decreases turnover rates and increases confidence and employee satisfaction. People WANT to know what they are getting into and we provide that and respect it.

After more than a decade in the trenches of talent acquisition, I realized that the biggest obstacle to a great career isn't a lack of skills, it's a lack of honesty. I know how it feels to be stuck and alone in a world of millions.
My approach to advocacy is simple: it's the honest, joint effort I wish I had when I was navigating my own 'messy middle'. I’ve stood in those shoes, and I know the weight of feeling like you have nowhere to go.
I founded Scout Health, LLC to ensure no one has to navigate these transitions alone. To solve the disconnect in the modern workplace, I provide High-Touch Recruiting and Coaching, trading algorithms and ATS systems for real conversations. I don’t just "fill roles"; I empathize with the person behind the resume and protect the high stakes for the client on the other side.
Whether I am scouting top talent or coaching you through a difficult pivot, my goal remains the same: to provide the clarity, confidence, and dignity that the modern workplace often forgets.
STELLA ROSE | Chief Scout & Director of Audacity
Stella is the Chief Scout at Scout Health, LLC. She’s been a great addition to the team and helps to sniff out the best candidates. As our Director of Audacity, she embodies the core of our coaching philosophy: being unapologetically herself and living with the kind of bold honesty the modern workplace often tries to quiet.
Stella lives a pretty carefree life. Her days are filled with naps, trips to the food bowl, and sitting in the sun, but she’s known to have a wild side when a ball is thrown in her direction. She can sometimes be heard in the background during calls... we apologize!
Currently, she does not have a LinkedIn profile or email address because she can’t type or read. Once she improves these skills, we may consider it.
